grim reaper??

how would u make a 3D grim reaper?? my husband wants one n idk how to do it. I can do a lot of stuff, but im struggling with this one!! anyone have any suggestions or advise??

If you tweaked the colors a little here and there and added a few more rows, couldn't you try to make a reaper out of a 3d pacman ghost? That sort of elongated ghosty shape? Then make a scythe and attach it?

I dunno...I'm sure there is a better way...Just what came to my head first

Out of beads or perlers? I know there is a way to make 3D figures out of both but I'm not sure on this one o.O I would see if he is okay with a 3D cuff and making a perler of the grim reaper.
