Is it possible to make one end of the cuff bigger than the other? how would you go about increasing the diameter?

Are you talking about multi stitch picture cuffs? If so, there is no way of doing it that looks good, but it is possible. You can either start out larger than you want and then taper in, or start out smaller and expand. You taper by skipping a bead and expand by adding more than one bead. If you are going to try this, you should expand/taper on an area of the cuff that is blank, otherwise it will distort your design. If you have mini pony beads that are the same color as your larger ones, you could use those to taper in. Just use a mini one in place of a regular sized one. It's not going to look very good though :/ Cuffs are not designed to fit snugly like that. You will probably have to make it big enough to fit the top end of your arm, and then live with the gap that's left by your wrist.
