Worm on string cuff

I have two worms on string. What would be the best way to incorporate them into cuffs?

tie them together, make a rotating cuff, shove the worm through the center of the rotating bit like this, rotating worm cuff kao cool

weave them in between beads?

i think you can try sewing them across the top of any kind of cuff, or you can make a 3d x-base cuff & put them under the 3d bits? maybe use clear beads so they’re easier to see cheer sorry if those make no sense LOL i can try getting photos if that would help
