how to keep papier-mâché from molding??

title

i made a mask for a cosplay but im worried it might start molding 513b39525823e_crying.gif i’ve cooked it in the oven at 200 for 30 minutes but idk if that’s enough- i can’t recook it either since i have a bunch of hot glue on it

any advice? tia

I've made paper mache with just glue, water and thin paper and once dried it should never mold

I've never heard of any type needing to be cooked tho lmao
