How do you make peyote charms ;(

I wanna make little peyote charms with different shapes, like little sanrio characters or something like that, ykwim?

I really wanna make a charm of the newest BALLER pattern (like my pfp) but I don't know how to make such an intricate shape. Any tutorials or help or anything?
