@GloriousGonzo2219: It's usually traditional to spanish cultures. So basically it's a big party for when a young 15 year old, turns well 15. It is where you come of an age where you are considered a young lady/woman. The party symbolizes womanhood as well various of the traditions. You have multiple dances w/ family and friends. (Usually people you are really close to) They usually are pretty pricey though due to the customs specifically the dress and the decor. But all in all it's basically a sweet 16 but more for the spanish cultures.
