Does anyone know a good how to on following a poster/panel pattern?

I dont actually think there is any really good tutorials out there on how to make panels, so if I were you i would mess with them until you can figure out a good way to do it for you. I like to start the panel with a string folded in half then put 2 beads on then take both strings together and thread one bead onto both and then open them and put one bead on each then put them together and put one on both ect until you have it long enough then tie it off. and then I juss get a new string alot longer and thread it through the middle bead of the part I juss did and start stitching to the right and when i get to the end I go back to the middle and start stitching to the left and then follow it around that way. That may be really confusing, but thats how I figured out the easiest way for me to do them is. Everyone is different though. Try a few things until you get it!
