help ive been having a ton of sensory overloads and i think my friend is judging me, but i cant say that because then shell probably be mad that i think that??? shes not bad, shes a really good friend of mine she just judges me when i have sensory meltdowns and using noise canceling headphones to help, i think its because i have no professional opinion on whether or not im on the spectrum??
