I was ip banned from this website on my phone. What should I do?

I was clicking around to submit a photo of some recent cuffs I made and I randomly got banned? Whenever I try to access the page it says "Access denied. Error code 1020. You cannot access kandipatterns.com. Refresh the page of contact the site owner to request access." The bottom says "performance and security by cloudflare" so I'm assuming it falsely flagged me for something and ip banned me... :/ I'm really sad about this and I dunno what to do so if anyone has any advice please tell me.

Edit: I just wanted to mention that the site has been overall really buggy for me on my phone and keeps giving me cloudflare popups. It's really annoying but I didn't think I'd get banned for some web pages not loading/loading incorrectly.

@Caitlynn: that’s exactly what a non-legit person would say sunglasses

@Crumpet: Oh well Im a legit person I promise haha

@Caitlynn: yes, older operating systems are more likely to be flagged as suspicious because they’re the ones more commonly used by spammers. So that’s probably why you get more pop ups

@Crumpet: I'll let you know if it's better! I actually had no idea I could get banned tbh so thank you! I noticed you said the age of your device can make you more suspicious and I don't even know how old my computer is lol, but it's running windows 7 because I hate change and I don't want to update it (that may be a reason why though

@Caitlynn: I’ve reduced the frequency of the pop ups so hopefully that helps you. I might adjust some other settings as well, but I need to be careful or we’ll start getting too much spam. The poster of this thread was unblocked automatically so I think they only received a temporary ban. I assume it would be the same if it happened to you or anyone else.

@eddie: What’s creepy to me is the amount of spammers who try to post stuff on here and get really sneaky about it laugh

@Crumpet: why is that actually kinda creepy like a creepypasta or something

@Crumpet: Oh dang yeah I get those pop up things like multiple times a day, I don't wanna get accidentally banned

Oh no, sorry to hear that. I didn’t ban you. It sounds like Cloudflare blocked you because it thought your device was suspicious. That would explain the pop ups as well, because those are used to check you out when your device is flagged as suspicious. The more suspicious your device is, the more pop ups you will get. When you go over a certain level of suspiciousness, it blocks you completely so that’s probably what happened here. Message me your IP and I will see if there’s anything I can do.

It’s not anything you did. It will likely be something about the type or age of your device or something you have installed on the device or the network.

As a side note, is anyone else getting an excessive amount of pop ups? I’ve only ever received one. It’s a new security feature they added and I have the ability to revert to captchas only if the pop ups are a problem. But captchas are annoying too, and they claim the captchas show more often on the old setting than on this one
