Why did you start making kandi? :)
When i was about9yrs my brother was a Kandi Kid, he tought me how to make and trade. i love my brother for intruducing me to raving and after i learned he let make his Kandi for him...and now its taken over my life.
i used to go to this day care thing where they had TONS of perler and kandi stuff, and when i found out you could buy it at Michael's, i was likesoooooooo happy!
I became a kandi kid because my brother and his friend got me into it. They tried making masks last minute but failed miserably! Then One Night out of random I got some beads and string and literally went to town. I made 8 Kandi masks for my brother and his friends. Since then I fell in love. I just love seeing a creation come to life, and seeing other peoples creations.
My friend gave me a cuff, then I made one and fell in love! I started making Kandinsky after I learned the p.l.u.r ritual, I still have my first exchange Kandi...
@CoyoteBones: I do the same thing, and I sell mine.
I started making it as a hobby..now i have so much of it that i dont know what i should do with it all. Any ideas?? I dont rave, It's all just sitting in a gym bag in my closet i really dont want to toss it all out or let it all go to waste...
I started making kandi after my friend at college introduced me to it! Our college's anime club actually does a little kandi making booth at a winter event hosted by all the school's clubs and that's where I made my first 2 singlets. I made a few pieces here or there but I started doing cuffs and more complicated stuff this summer.
I started Because one day me and my Friends got bored and needed money for a field trip, so we started making them for money, and we do it to this day!
watched a few tutorials on how to make it before i went out & bought supplies
