mu mother has put on family sahring on my phone and idk how to turn off screen time?? someone help shes gonna scream at me

I think if you go into settings there should be a section for family sharing, then from there to screen time. I don’t know much about this area of tech, but I hope this is helpful anyway! Stay safe!
