How to read panel patterns/help with panels and shapes?

I found two patterns I would like to make (https://kandipatterns.com/patterns/characters/coca... and https://kandipatterns.com/patterns/misc/yellow-dia...) but I only recently learned how to make and read cuff patterns. I haven't found any tutorial videos that make sense, as for panels I can tell where they're starting from in the pattern, how to make a new line, and in the case of the diamond, there's nothing like it.

Any help is appreciated!

Panels are basically the same to read as cuffs! It's just the way to make it that's different, I would watch a yt video or something like that and also use the number thing on here (idk what it's called)

for the charm you do the peyote and start with the longer side!!!

If ur trying to make a flat panel then all you have to do is use the peyote stitch! Make however many rows you need alternating between 1 bead and 2 beads!
