Do certain colors of kandi mean something?

I've met people that say that the color of your kandi stands for something but they didn't really verify so I was just wondering what the colors mean if so.

I think colors have a meaning as a general but really it doesn't apply to just kandi. Red is a passionate color while blue is a more somber one, green is the color of wealth, and envy for a few examples.

The color of your kandi might mean something to you personally, and there are certain color schemes that do mean something (e.g. rasta, bisexual colors, gay pride rainbow), but apart from that I don't think so.
