I know a lot of people have binky necklaces and I think that theyre really cute but I wanted to know if they stand for anything.

They don't really stand for anything, but in the rave scene they are commonly used by people that take ecstasy because it can make you grind your teeth and the pacifier helps with that. Without pacifiers some people chew up the inside of their cheeks while rolling, sometimes even to the point that they bleed! (I've seen that happen) Gum works too but some people swear that pacifiers work better. Like Popsicle said, they can also be worn as a fashion statement or to be trendy, but it's good to be aware of the connection to drugs because you might get in trouble for that in some places/situations (like school).
