small cuffs with cool designs?

(when i say "small cuffs" i mean multistitch cuffs that are 5 rows or under.)

asking because i want to make a multistitch with a cool design but cuffs that are 6 rows are more are super uncomfortable on me they squeeze my arm in a weird way and i hate it eughhhhhh (same reason i hate having my blood pressure taken)

it seems like all the cool patterns i find are too big so... any suggestions?
