Making kandi helps me relieve all the stress in life and its very therapeutic. It calms me down. Plus, it's fun! Am I the only one like this?

Kandi is the cure. It helps keep the mood in my mind and seeing it keeps the thought alive. I just have to remember that calmer moments of making the kandi and the fun I had wearing it to different events. Its like a pick me up, cool me down at a glance. The music lives in me, and the kandi keeps playing even when the head phones and bands stop playing.

Personally, kandi helps me because when ever I want to cut, or I'm feeling suicidal, I just make some kandi and it takes my mind of whatever has got me down. (:

"ApokolyptikJokester": i have PTSD and really bad anxiety from severe bullying i went through about 6 years ago.. i lost all interest in things i used to do for fun(mainly origami and drawing). and i became "an empty shell of myself" as my friends say. then once i started to make kandi, i noticed that i became more and more calm and back to how i used to be. even though i'm on a couple different meds for my PTSD and Anxiety, i normally find myself making kandi to keep myself entertained and distracted. very rarely do i find myself bored from kandi. but when i do, i normally bring out my box of felt & embroidery floss and make a small plush to put on kandi. big grin I'm sorry that happened. But I'm happy that making kandi is helpful!! happy

For me, it gives me some sort of good, warm feeling, kind of like the feeling of being part of a family or beng able to fit in in a sort of unique way. I love making it because it slows down my anxious day and stressful thoughts. As if watching an action-car chase and suddenly going to a slow romantic movie, only cut out the borin factor, kandi IS fun! big grin
