feeling unsafe at school during pride month??

im out to the whole school, im one of the gay kids and everyone knows it. today someone let me borrow their prde flag to wear as a cape and i just gave it back because i was being harrassed and didnt feel safe. what should i do? i dont want to let them win, and there is only a few days of school left anyways but i really dont feel safe

Your safety matters the most!

Someone at my school wore a pride flag as a cape too, but people started taking videos of them and started wearing homophobic flags. School is rough.

for once, let them win, if you are unsafe youll have to choke your pride a little, it sucks but the flag is not worth you losing your comfort and safety, your safety is always priority - charlie slimecicle
