ive seen people talk about PLUR, but idk what it is other than its rave / kandi related

PLUR (sometimes PLURR) is basically the social standard in kandi/raver communities. it stands for Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect (and in the case of PLURR, Responsibility is also added). It's such a big motto in the community that there's even a handshake!!
