detail/shade the shirt maybe?? and the skin,, use a darker brown tone for under the chin i guess?? also the fabric lines? i dunno tbh it looks rly good

for the person, you could make the background a different color than your character, like changeling the red to a blue or yellow

other than that it looks really good!

uh id add more intimidating features to the eye pile and for the dude id add more defining features like maybe wings or jewelry or facial hair
