TW: medical symptoms, food, vomit, caps


lately, we've been getting weird symptoms when switching out. I want to know if this is normal or not??
nausea: sometimes to the point of almost vomiting, especially after eating anything?
migraines: really bad ones, sometimes lasting for days at a time
confusion: we've always had confusion to some degree, but lately, it has been really rough
exhaustion: even when we haven't really done much at all
eye pain: usually with the headaches, we also have glasses
sweating: ALL THE TIME. when we do anything at all

if it helps, I also have allergies, and chronic pain, so it might be that, but I don't think so.
