Discomfort about my arms

I really don’t like my arms and I don’t like having them out, they just feel too small and squishy. But I don’t want to be targeted in my school by wearing sleeve gloves, and I can’t wear hoodies every class. I would do long sleeve but the back of my arms is where the school nurse gives me insulin shots
