Take the ends of the strings and put them around 1 finger like you're tying a balloon, and then make a knot and cut off the excess kao smile

basically a knot but with 2 strings instead of one TwT

i do one square knot and then a few overhand knots with the excess string!! very secure :3

I used to use that string and what worked for me was tying a really good surgeon's or fisherman's knot and then slathering the knot in Elmer's glue. I've also heard nail polish works, but I quickly switched to fabric-covered elastic after struggling with clear cord so I haven't tried it

use pliers to hold the edges together and do a figure 8 knot, pull tightly from every end

I just tie it really tight about a million times and it hasn't failed me yet
