This question is very vague. Do you mean, "How do I resize a pattern to fit me?" or "How do I change the design / colors?" Here's a link about resizing them: http://kandipatterns.com/kandi-help/kandifaq/111-do-all-of-your-cuffs-have-to-be-34-i-have-a-small-wrist-and-was-wondering-how-you-would-modify-it-to-be-smaller- If you need to make a pattern larger, you do the opposite of that: add an even number of columns on. To edit the actual pattern design/colors, look below the pattern image. Most will have a button that says Copy to Designer. If you click that button, the pattern will be copied into your designer account and you can go into the Pattern Maker to edit it to your liking.
