I was in a hot place and a bead melted (the center bead of an x-base)

Add an extra string through the whole row and bead on the one that melted. Btw how did it melt? Haha hope its fixable!

if you think the string is stretchy enough and you'll have enough slack, you could always cut it and add the missing bead on and re-tie. if that's not the case you could re-string through that ENTIRE layer of x's with new string, adding the new bead where its missing. and after you're sure it's secure cut the old string off. if neither of those are options, you could always add a cute toy to cover up that spot and just live with it lol
