how to do scene kid makeup ???

sooooo i'm an aspiring scene kid (as most of you guys know lol) and i've been practicing makeup XD

lately i've just been using eyeshadow, however i do have pencil eyeliner. i normally don't use eyeliner because i'm bAd at it X_x but i think i'm doing it okay!! but my eyelids are uneven so it does turn out weird sometimes however i try to make it work :3

any tips??

i do like a circle shape with one bright color for casual or you can add different colors for the brow, crease, and lid. you need a lot of blending tho 0_o
