i was looking for patterns and i found some, and there were lots of ppl saying that they didn't like the band, and there were lots of dislikes on the comments saying that they liked them. did they do something wrong? i really don't wanna stop listening to their music, i really like it

i don't wanna have to drop them like i dropped melanie martinez so i really hope i can continue to listen to msi music

edit: i'm disgusted. i did my research, and turns out that james euringer (lead singer / song writer) has been accused of s3xually assualting a minor. time to drop another band

i saw some of the lyrics about the one abt the 5 year old and im literally so disgusted. he could've made the song about an adult not a minor -Blitzo

i haven't listened to all of their songs so i don't know all of the slurs that he said but i only know one (i honestly just thought that they were lgbtq+ so i didn't say anything or think about it)

yeah i think listening to the music is okay just not supporting the artist. the artist says so many slurs that he cant reclaim and groomed a minor and even made a song about a 5 year old being sexualized -Blitzo

I think it's cause MSI is often considered a scene band by posers when it 100% isn't, so people just get annoyed when they see fans of it who probably call scene "scenecore", lol
But, other than that, idk- I like some songs by them but I don't keep up with what they do so maybe controversy?
EDIT: Nevermind, I was HARD wrong- Not sure if these allegations are alleged or not...
