Oof m8. I feel that. I recommend rehearsing what you wanna say before your presentation. It helps a bit atleast for me but, hope it goes well.

youll do fine just uhhh dont stare at your paper or the board the whole time

edit: and dont say uh or you know or like just fill it in with silence so you and audience can collect thoughts
