Thrift store kandi bag??

Description I found this a few months ago at a thrift store! Does anyone recognize it? Im not sure if it was made my a kandi fan or not, but im thinking of how to make it into a mini back pack!! :D i still need to give it a few washes somehow because it still has a kinda strange smell to it, so if you have any tips on how to wash kandi please comment!
