Hey! here's tutorial on how to make these kandi boots. Watch Kandi toy boxes video on the kandi shoes. But this time use short boots.

Now to have to make separate cuffs. You'll need to make 3D X base cuffs, and attach all of them together and onto the boots. Or you can build up from the boots. Enjoy your new boots!

I believe I wrote before buy I'm not 100% sure. Can you make the boots for a child size 5? And if so how much?
