Pleated kandi skirt

Description	So after I made the first skirt, I kept wondering how I could improve upon it, and if it was possible to make a pleated one. Once I worked out how to do it I had to try it. This is my own creation, please credit me if you make your own, and honestly please do girls, this thing looks sick on.

The orange and yellow beads are neon so they glow under black light. My mother calls this the safety skirt. She thought it looked like something you'd wear at a construction site.

Perseverance. I've never seen the design before, it seemed like the next natural step after I made the first gladiator skirt. Basically I learned how to make a bikini, and with that knowledge found a way to make a skirt.
