Pleated kandi skirt

Description	So after I made the first skirt, I kept wondering how I could improve upon it, and if it was possible to make a pleated one. Once I worked out how to do it I had to try it. This is my own creation, please credit me if you make your own, and honestly please do girls, this thing looks sick on.

Don't worry about it. I haven't made a tutorial yet, but since people keep asking I think I might take the time to make one.

"iamtheocean": Does it feel heavy when worn? It's actually fine for most events. But at EDC after about 9 hours I started to feel the weight. The weight is distributed around your waist making it better, but the Gladiator skits are generally heavy, this one even more so. But I still think it was worth it, and would wear it again in a heart beat.
