Pleated kandi skirt

Description	So after I made the first skirt, I kept wondering how I could improve upon it, and if it was possible to make a pleated one. Once I worked out how to do it I had to try it. This is my own creation, please credit me if you make your own, and honestly please do girls, this thing looks sick on.

"darzav": I'm making a costume and this skirt is amazing. If I do decide to use this skirt I will give you full credit. Do you have a tutorial? Sorry if you get asked that a lot. Don't worry about it. I haven't made a tutorial yet, but since people keep asking I think I might take the time to make one.

"iamtheocean": Does it feel heavy when worn? It's actually fine for most events. But at EDC after about 9 hours I started to feel the weight. The weight is distributed around your waist making it better, but the Gladiator skits are generally heavy, this one even more so. But I still think it was worth it, and would wear it again in a heart beat.
