twistedraver: I don't believe they have a specific name. I think they're still considered singles. To me they are. To be technical I guess someone could just say "a single with tassels."

How I did it though was: where I wanted the tassel, I took a new piece of string [however long you want] and I threaded it through one bead. I took both ends of the string and threaded on [however many] beads. Now what I can't recall is how I tied these, but I'm sure once you get all those previous directions down. you can make-up/improvise a working way to tie them.
