Probably because:
1. Some explain better than others.
2. As far as cameras go, some people have better cameras and it's way easier to see what is being done with a camera that takes 30 frames a second as opposed to a laptop that would take 5 frames per second [over exaggerating, but you see my point.]
3. people have their own spin on it. Not everyone does one thing the exact same way.

Because most people explain it differently and some people need to watch many tutorials just to figure out how to do something.
There can never be enough tutorials as long as they are helping people.
