You mostly need to make sure you are pulling it tight enough in the actual cup section, thats what makes it all nice, you can loosen up a small bit on the back strap so that it makes it easier to stretch on and off, or you can keep it the same tightness and just attach a clip in the back halfway between both straps long enough to fit all the way around your back
