lol theres no secret, im the original maker so i dont have any tut or patteren to go off of. i free hand all my babies. its 100% beads the most popular way of making this type from what ive seen others do is start with a surgical and go from there kit

I've been trying to find a tutorial for this type of mask but everyone likes to keep it a secret any advice at all would be appreciated.... like do you use something for the base or is it all beads?
