Circus cuff?

Description	Not sure if this kind of cuff has been made before, i called it a circus xuff cuz it reminds me of the frills that clowns have on their necks, I made it by starting off with a normal cuff, i started the cuff like a flower cuff, puting a cyan beed in every other one (im not good at explaining..) then i tied it and put two yellow-green beads in every cyan bead, likean x cuff i think Sorry if this is confusing im not very good at explaining lol Also pls tell me if this has been dome before
