The cuff looks dope! As for the lighting: it's probably just the shadows of Charlotte's soft fur tricking the camera into thinking she looks dirty. It can be an issue with soft or furry plush toys lol

@yourtubbo: um it’s like a peyote cuff and I found a tutorial on YouTube for the candy piece that’s on kanditoybox’s channel it was super helpfu
