Description	instead of making just a plain tophat i thought id try and make a hello kitty one. i think it came out pretty successful :3

@Below The easiest way is to basically make a cuff, then at the bottom just start adding beads, then you make a simple bow, put it on the Hello Kitty. For the ears, close up the top part of the cuff and string some beads on until it looks like ears, tie it and your done
