I actually finished making the khandi creation using this pattern this week and let me just say, this thing was a BEHEMOTH to weave! A few things to note that I learned while using the pattern;

1. The Size and Width- when I started weaving the pattern, I started with the honest intention of wearing it like a normal size khandi cuff. Halfway through however I realized that this pattern when finished would be far too large and loose to wear on my wrist (my wrists are rather small).

2. How Fast I would eventually run out of elastic cord-

There have been more than a few occasions where I honestly thought I wouldn't be able to finish this either because I ran out of cord and or beads. Thankfully I bought a little extra just in case.

3 . Pattern VS. End Result - Circling back to the size and width when I finally finished it it was about the size of a small/medium size lampshade, or it could act as like a leg warmer if someone wanted to wear it to like a Rave or EDC. I was honestly tempted to try sliding it over my foot to see if it would fit like a leg warmer but given the structural integrity I thought, "hmm, better not".

Overall this was a great craft to do, very therapeutic for me , and I intend on putting fairy lights in my khandi creation and display it as an art piece.

This pattern is almost perfect for my tapestry crochet; I was wondering if it could be transferred to a "loom" setting so that the stitches line up. Thank you for creating this.
