The puzzle piece symbol is the symbol of the """""organization""""" @utism Speaks, an """""organization""""" dedicated to """"helping"""" people with @utism. When I mean """"helping"""", I mean creating stigmas relating to @utism, claiming that vaccines cause @utism, and encouraging the eradication of @utism. This is why many autistic people (like myself) encourage the use of this symbol be abandoned when used to represent the autistic community.
