The only patterns that can be imported into the designer are ones that were made in the designer, and these older shiny ones weren't. But you can still import the pattern image into the designer and manually trace over it.

oh, and for this pattern... just use whatever color you have. it probably won't look as good as the black. but any color that kind of matches or is already in the pattern would be ok, like white/dark blue/dark purple/dark green etc
