if you look at grateful dead bears, one paw is facing the front and one is facing the back. so by putting the black on both paws, you have made it less accurate, even though it probably looks better that way

Crumpet, can this pattern be done with your tutorial guidelines for cuffs (the hello kitty one)? I went by it twice and the pattern isn't matching up. Thanks for all the help

KDA7, as far as I know this pattern should work fine with those guidelines. There is nothing unusual about it.
