Justin, I don't think they match up to any specific bead color. People just use whatever colors they want in the designs, and it's assumed that people will replace the colors with ones they have access to. The colors are just suggestions, basically.

I just checked this pattern (by pasting it into Photoshop and matching the ends up) and it looked fine, so there's no reason this pattern wouldn't work.
