peyote stitch and practice. start with something easy such as a heart or if you've never even done peyote stitch I would suggest going onto kandikrafter and using the tutorial to make a cuff then go onto trying to make stand alone pieces

"Monarch": [quote name="kobrakiddd"]Drop dead zombie cat d: kinda sorta... The drop dead cat looks... Less hello kitty than that one. And it shows the brain in the drop dead cat, which is one of it's best features.

music sound levels don't work well on a wearable sized multi stitch pattern because they require thin horizontal lines and if you look at the bead layout, horizontal lines aren't possible to make.

it may need to be +4-6 if your string isn't very stretchy. it's hard to say though. normally what I do is make the first few rows then try it on and adjust as necessary.

I couldn't tell you just based on your gender... it depends how big your bicep is. 46 beads with normal pony beads = 10.86" around. if you don't have a tape measure you could always take a piece of 8.5x11 paper and wrap it around your bicep lengthways to see if it's a decent amount bigger. if it is, 46 would probably be okay. or I'm sure there are printable rulers if you google =p maybe I should have one available on here actually
