Backpack design help?

I'm making a backpack to use when school starts again. Its more of a shoulder bag actually. But anyways, its rasta colored with stripes and I don't wanna just leave the whole thing striped I want to do a small design or something. I have a long space but only about 5 inches of height. Any ideas? I was thinking about a heart with the stripes thinner and diagonal but I'm not sure if ill have enough room yet. Thanks :3
