Im getting desparate about this... where can i buy a decently priced pack of purple glow in the dark beads?

I locked all over online... I think I can do better than six pucks for a pack of a thousand ...

I think Forest_Ross meant Joanns, not JC Penny because JC Penny is a clothing store, but your best bet is to just buy a bulk of all the colors and keep them on hand at all times encase you need them.
