You're all doing it wrong. Buy directly from china instead.... if costs you like 2.5 USD for a 6000pc bag..... Only downside is that you need to order around 24-50 bags of it tongue (Alibaba.com)

ponybeadstore.com has 150+ colors of pony beads. Their prices just went up but they are still way cheaper than most other places' pony beads 500pc. single color bags are $2.65 each.

There is also andysponybeads.com which gives free shipping if you order a certain amount ($36.00+), which sometimes, depending on how much you are buying, can be a better option even though their beads are slightly more expensive per bag than ponybeadstore.com....if you're not spending over 36.00 on your purchase go to ponybeadstore.com. They have a great selection.

hkheartI have been finding not only pony beads, bit other plastic/specialty beads at thrift stores in my area, but the ones i find are alot of only one color, but otherwise, I usually get mine at michaels, or joann's, but you have to keep an eye out for sales and junk wink

Hobby lobby has their 360ct pony beads for 50% off right now. I picked up basic colors + black and white for 1.50 a bag

@RobotFrog21: Based on the year this was posted, I think the person was referring to pony beads. But for perler beads I agree the official Perler site you linked is one of the best and cheapest places to get Perler beads from. It might not always be the absolute cheapest if another store has an offer on, but the prices are consistently some of the lowest because you're getting them direct from the source. You can also guarantee they are good quality. Sometimes store brand fuse beads don't melt properly.
