SPAM Threads! (thought this was suppose to be about Kandi!)

So I am looking through the active threads for the last week and realized how many spam threads there have been recently.

These have to be spam accounts! If we can get some moderators to clean up half of these I think it would do the site some justice

by keeping the site about what its really about! Beads, Crafts, Kandi, Raves, music, ideas and meeting people with some of the same interest!

Where are the admins and moderators?

If you need a mod.... Sign me up I would be more then willing to help out,

Anyone else agree?

Sorry, you are unable to reply. If the thread is still open, you might have been blocked from commenting due to spam or abuse, or we might not have been able to verify that you are a real account. Try updating your profile and interacting more on the site. There are greater restrictions on forum comments due to spam. Spam comments will still not be published, even for verified accounts

@KraftyJester: Yes! TurboBeads has been moderating photos/comments/forum stuff and has now approved some patterns, too. I approved some as well. I had to completely remake the moderation area for that to be possible I'll let TurboBeads try it for a little while and will fix any problems that crop up, and then I'll see about getting more moderators

@Crumpet: If you're in need of another mod, I'd love to help. I would love to help approve patterns, I'm always looking at them to see what's new.

@vixanna: If he is willing to approve patterns, yes, he can be appointed to that too. I have sent him over some messages to ask him and discuss it. I think I could also add some small features to make the approvals move more quickly, so we can mass approve/reject based on certain criteria.

@TurboBeads: Yep sorry for the delay, I've had my boyfriend visiting for the past few days and I thought I'd have spare time last night (Sunday night) but then we decided to work on his business's website instead. I've got the mod access set up but need to hit the "on switch" type thing which adds the links to your sidebar, and then I'll send you over a message with instructions, might be tonight or tomorrow.
