Making 3Ds?

Am I the only one who's not good at making 3Ds? I see all of the amazing cuffs/epics other people make and when I try to put something together, it looks stupid & I end up taking it apart. I've only managed to make a few that look decent.. I'm not that creative & I don't know what colors to put together & I keep getting stumped on how to do the last layer so all of them don't look the same.... I feel like I'm the only one who sucks at making 3Ds & it makes me feel inadequate since they seem to be everyone's favorite

You're definitely not alone. I cannot make 3D cuffs are anything of the sort for the life of me. But, I haven't practiced a lot either. Maybe if you practice you will become better at it! You may even find a new design or a new technique to use to make certain cuffs. Practice does make perfect. heart bounce

you're definitely not alone! Choosing colours is probably the most difficult thing for me scared But just keep trying. I get inspiration by looking at what other people have done. Don't lose hope hklove

I was pretty terrible at making 3Ds, I basically forced myself to do it. it also depends on what tutorial you follow, I had to look at a few different ones to get it the way I liked. there's a tutorial by Syd Dees on YouTube for making an epic cuff, the way she does her points is how I do my points on any size of 3d cuff that requires a point, that way the string doesn't cross and screw it up so badly. hope I helped! message me if you need any help, I might not reply for a while, but i'll do my best!rainbowsmile

You have to practice in order to improve. Those people took time to practice and create magnificent 3Ds. They weren't always glorious. You have to practice in order to learn from mistakes and to better yourself. That goes for any type of art/crafting. pink bow
