personally, i'd put light blue eyeshadow with a dark purple crease and a bit of the purple under the eye to line it. then i'd draw a small wing and some zZz pattern beneath and/or above the eyebrow. blue lipstick to match the shadow yadda yadda. a bit of mascara of course. you want to look sleepy yes? huehuesunglasses

well you could paint yourself to look like a horror or "pseudo horror (by this i mean someone you'd find in like tim burton's works not scary for adults)" character if were going for nightmares oggie boogie (nightmare before christmas) or even jack skellington would be good choices if your going for night time you could do constellations since those are only viewable at night. meaning a inky black face with white dots (thin connecting lines optional) for the stars you could do your sign or just random ones you always see or ones that you hold special

Perhaps you could paint some stars near yours eyes and use soft tones of purples and blues as far as eye shadow? A smoky eye with those colours will really make the stars stand out ^^ don't be afraid to add some glittery accents, glitter makes everything pop out more!

tip: use white eyeliner or face paint as a base to make bright colours stand out more
